Lodmell, Stephen Division of Biological Sciences Scotland He will be working with a world-leading scientist at St. Andrew's University in Scotland in an area in which he wants to develop further expertise in order to then advance hisown lab here at UM to a higher level.
Minnick, Michael Division of Biological Sciences MSU and NIH Rocky Mountain Labs He will be focusing on his research and scholarly projects. He will be overseeing the development of the Center of Excellence as well as focusing on important research grants.
Prentiss, Anna Anthropology The University of Montana 1) Compiling and analyzing data and writing a book which she intends to posit a new view of the prehistoric past of the Middle Fraser Canyon region. 2) Complete work on journal articles and two edited books. 3). Prepare and submission of grant proposal.
Shanley, Kathryn Native American Studies Missoula Will be completing book in progress that is tentatively titled "Silent Sorrows: A study of resistance, resiliency and Loss in Native American Biography."
