Description:
As mandated by the MUS Board of Regents, all employees who submit proposals for external funding on behalf of The University of Montana must complete PI training prior to submittal. Such training remains valid if a PI actively submits proposals. However, if a PI does not submit for two years following PI Training, the training must be retaken prior to any proposal submittal. For more information, see http://www.umt.edu/research/ORSP/Training/default.aspx.
Departmental and unit administrators who provide proposal and project support to faculty involved in sponsored activities – also known as departmental research administrators (DRAs) – are welcome to attend, as are graduate students.
