Graduate Student Research Assistantship Available
A masters-level Graduate Research Assistantship is available for an outstanding candidate to research the effects of alternative forest management practices on subsequent fire suppression expenditures. Spring Semester Economics Seminars
Friday, February 20, Dr. Jason Pearcy will present a paper entitled “Actual and Potential Competition in International Telecommunications.” Dr. Pearcy is an assistant professor at MSU and his research interests include industrial organization, applied microeconomic theory, and econometric methods.
Friday, April 10, Dr. Erica Johnson will present a paper entitled “The Prevalence and Magnitude of Medical Bankruptcies: Evidence from Eastern Washington." Dr. Johnson is an assistant professor at Gonzaga University and her research interests include environmental and health economics.
