Creative Writing Program Spring 2012 Reading Series

Each semester, the Creative Writing Program presents readings by highly acclaimed visiting writers, professors and lecturers.

The Fall 2011 & Spring 2012 Reading Series features Mary Jane Nealon, Zachary Lazar, Eduardo Chirinos, David Gates, Rick Bass, Chang-rae Lee, Martha Ronk, Barry Lopez, Debra Gwartney, Elizabeth Robinson and Garrett Hongo. All of the readings are free and open to the public.

 


 

MFA Thesis Readings

At the end of spring semester, for two-and-a-half weeks, graduate thesis presentations and celebrations featuring graduating students from the MFA program are held at various venues on campus and throughout town.

 


 

Second Wind Reading Series

A Sunday night tradition, the Second Wind series presents work by second-year students in the MFA program, alongside work by local and established writers and performers.
