Profile:

M.F.A. Poetry, Brown University (1995), M.A. Media Studies, The New School (2002). Author of Bliss to Fill (Subpress Collective, 2000), and The Opening Question (Fence Books, 2004), which was the winner of the 2004 Fence Modern Poets Prize. Her forthcoming book Infamous Landscapes (Fence Books) will be out later this year. Sharma’s poems and writing have appeared in Art Asia Pacific, Bomb, Boston Review, Fence, Indiana Review, The Literary Review, Vanitas, Women’s Review of BooksK and other journals.
