I'm a Geophysicist from Universidad de Concepcion (Chile) pursuing a Masters Degree at The University of Montana.

My background includes geophysical fluid dynamics and physical meteorology -oceanography.

My advisor is Dr. Johnnie Moore (Personal Website)

  • Glaciology
  • Physics
  • Non-conventional energy sources
  • Numerical modelling

Field of Study

I'm exploring the effects of climate indices in snowpack variations in the Rocky Mountain region, using statistical climate analysis. I'm looking to determine the cause and effect of these indices have in the snow melt rates, to help clarify if there's an actual decline in snowpack and assess the impacts in water supply across western United States.
