Working and Studying in Japan
Year-long Study Abroad
The Office of International Programs is responsible for all study abroad applications. Their website lists our partner universities in Japan and has information sheets on each university. Applications for the year-long study programs are due October 13 for students interested in studying abroad in Fall 2006.
At present, the university has year-long programs at Kumamoto Gakuen University and Kumamoto University in Kumamoto prefecture, and at Sophia University, and Toyo University in Tokyo. These are programs with an official agreement with UM: students pay tuition to UM and take courses for UM credit at the Japanese institution. We are delighted to announce that we have added Aoyama Gakuin University and Seijo University to our list of partner schools.
Summer Study Abroad
Mukogawa Women's College offers a one-month course of study in beautiful Nishinomiya, Japan. This course of study is available for women only.
