How the Program Can Help You

The Pre-medical Sciences Director, faculty members in the life and health sciences and professional advisors will:

1. Assist you in planning a course of study that satisfies your pre-professional requirements.
2. Assist you in arranging a preceptorship or shadow program with a health-care professional in the community.
3. Assist you with the application process for professional school.
4. Keep you informed on admissions tests and make available information/study guides.
5. Assist you with arranging volunteer activities.
6. Prepare a committee letter of evaluation for professional schools requiring such letters.
7. Conduct a practice interview for you before you interview at professional schools.
8. Generally provide support to help you achieve your goal.
